The local associations of Northern B.C. are committed to promoting open competition within the marketplace and specifically as it relates to the purchase of construction services, goods and technology. The associations recognize and endorse the need for establishing practical guidelines in the form of prescribed principles of standard practice which all components of the construction industry may voluntarily accept and apply in their sector of the marketplace.
